Everyone needs practical information to be and stay healthy. I call them the 5 Pillars of Health. They are designed to negate the expectation that aging is the cause of decline and instead see how 5 consistent behaviors will positively influence the trajectory of one’s lifespan.
The experience of ageism
Older people experience ageism everywhere. It happens in a doctor’s office. on a job interview, in social settings, and even on greeting cards. This program provides critical tools to address the aging bias and restore a sense of dignity and respect for older adults. It is suitable for all ages and workplaces.

Becoming: a lifelong process
Life is a constant process of BECOMING. It begins at birth and has the potential to continue to the very last days of one’s life. In this experiential workshop, the audience has a chance to travel from past to present to future and create a life of continuing becomings.
